Super easy stir fry!

I had not eaten a lot today and wanted something with a lot of protein and nutrients to make up for lack there of. 

First I cooked about 6 oz of chicken in EVOO until cooked through, and set aside. I then ripped the chicken into smaller pieces and let it soak in my mock stir fry sauce (2 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey mustard, black pepper, hot pepper and cayenne pepper to taste) while I steamed my veggies. I steamed 12 oz of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) for about 2 min on high (in water) and then put them in the pan, now empty, that I used for the chicken. I let them heat up with a little low sodium chicken broth and then added the chicken and sauce. I covered it for about 2 minuets and then, enjoy! I am SO full now! yum yum yum

**Warning, the products added are usually salty. I did NOT salt my chicken before cooking and made sure to use LOW sodium ingredients. Please realize this is a salty dish, so it is recommend to cut down on as much salt as possible!
